We are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baker's and Tea Room Assistant to join our growing team. As a Baker's and Tea Room Assistant, you will play a key role in both the bakery and customer service sides of our business. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the preparation, baking, and packaging of our signature shortbread products. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Providing friendly and efficient service in our tea room, including taking orders, service customers, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Supporting the team with daily operations, including inventory management, stocking supplies and keeping the tea room tidy. Engaging with customers, offering product recommendations, and creating a warm and inviting environment. Qualifications: Passion for baking and a keen interest in working in a bakery setting. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
