Maintenance Management

What you'll do Develop maintenance plans and create production schedules to meet operational requirements. Collect and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, predict failures, and improve resource allocation. Report findings and recommendations to leadership, informing decisions that impact Air Force operations. Schedule maintenance tasks, establish work priorities, monitor maintenance completion to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance schedules. Perform analytical studies to identify trends in material deficiencies, evaluate man-hour costs and report deviations from standards.
