Senior Data QA Engineer / System QA Lead (End-to-End Data) Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Contract Overview We are looking for a Senior Data QA Engineer / System QA Lead to drive end-to-end data validation across a complex ecosystem of data platforms and customer engagement systems. This is not a traditional QA role—you will own validation of data flows across systems (source ? data lake ? activation platforms) and help establish a scalable QA framework. Key Responsibilities Validate end-to-end data pipelines across multiple systems Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and no data loss Validate CUPID (Customer Unification Platform ID) mapping across systems Define and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases Support integration and acceptance testing Identify, track, and resolve data-related defects Collaborate with Data Engineering, Marketing, and IT teams Required Skills Strong SQL and data validation experience Hands-on experience with ETL / data pipelines Experience with data lakes Understanding of cross-system data flows and integrations Experience in end-to-end / integration testing Experience with APIs and data integrations Nice to Have Experience with Braze or marketing platforms Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or identity systems Why This Role?
