Outside Sales Representative- Heavy Vehicle Collision and Paint

Primarily responsible for conducting cold calling sales of our Collision and Paint department services to new and existing customers. Responsible for all sales activities for assigned accounts and new customers. Coordinate with and assist other outside sales representatives, as needed. Understand the customer’s needs and match products to those needs. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Achieve agreed upon sales targets. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory sales reports. Must have a valid Driver’s License. Proven sales experience (knowledge of collision and paint repair for heavy and light fleet trucks a huge plus.) A track record of exceeding sales goals. Experience working with CRM, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks. Proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company. Possess strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and driven. Work requires significant local travel and may require occasional overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of proven experience, or equivalent combination of both. Commission rate 0.45%-0.90% based on graphics sales.
