Our work is detail-driven, highly collaborative, and focused on delivering refined, editorial-quality environments, often informed by classical and traditional architectural principles.We are seeking technically strong, self-sufficient designers and architectural technicians to join our small, high-functioning team.Role OverviewThis role requires someone with a solid technical foundation who can take ownership of drawing production and move work forward with minimal oversight. You will be involved in all phases of the project, with an emphasis on construction documentation, detailing, and coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and develop drawing sets across all project phases (SD through CD)Produce clear, accurate, and buildable construction drawings in AutoCADBuild and maintain SketchUp models and generate Enscape views as neededDevelop details and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendorsAssist with material selection, interior architecture elements, and design developmentManage workload across multiple projects and deadlinesQualificationsExperience~3+ years of relevant experience in architecture, interior architecture, or draftingExperience working on built projects (not academic work only)Experience with ground-up residential projects is strongly preferredExperience with classical or traditional architecture is highly valuedEducation (one of the following)Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, orAssociate degree in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or similar, orEquivalent professional experienceTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and EnscapeExcellent technical drawing and detailing abilityUnderstanding of construction assemblies and how buildings go togetherAbility to develop and document traditionally detailed work with clarity and precisionWorking StyleAble to work independently and take ownership of tasksOrganized, efficient, and capable of handling a substantial workloadClear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who takes pride in producing clean, thoughtful, buildable drawingsA self-starter who can move work forward without constant directionA reliable team member who follows through and meets deadlinesStrong technical training (architectural technology, drafting, or equivalent) is highly valuedExperience working in traditional or classical architectural stylesExperience with ground-up residential architectureStudio EnvironmentWe are a small office of four, which allows for a high level of involvement in all aspects of the work.
