Junior Designer

Fradkin Cooper Architects is a small architecture and design firm located in midtown NYC. We practice an unusually wide range of work for a small office, from high-end apartment and townhouse gut renovations, to institutional work such as schools and non-profits, to office fit-outs. The majority of our work is renovation or adaptation of existing buildings, but we do new construction as well. Please see examples of our work at our website, www.fradkincooper.com. We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our team. Requirements as follows:4-year degree or higher from an accredited school in Architecture or related field3-5 years work experience Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe creative suite, Sketchup. Other 3D modeling or rendering experience are a plus, but CAD and Sketchup are the primary programs we use at the moment.Strong communication and writing skills, attention to detail, fast learner, good at multitasking This role would be ideal for a person early in their career seeking a wide range of experience.
