Litigation Associate

We are seeking driven and motivated litigation associates to join our rapidly growing team at our beautiful Venice, California office, located just below the iconic Venice sign. With multiple associate positions available, we are looking for candidates with 2 to 7 years of litigation experience who are excited to grow with a dynamic and expanding firm.Responsibilities:· Oversee day-to-day litigation case management and direct junior staff, respectively.· Prepare and execute discovery plans, including propounding and responding to discovery, drafting meet and confer letters, motions to compel.· Draft pleadings, briefs and motions, including motions for opposition of summary judgment.· Conduct party, witness, and expert depositions.· Conduct legal research and investigations.· Attend court hearing and argue motions.· Meet with clients and conduct pre-trial and deposition preparation· 1st or 2nd chair trial experience and insurance defense experience is a plusQualifications & Skills:· Admittance to CA State Bar· 2-7+ years of litigation experienceSalary:$160,000.00 - $220,000.00Benefits:Group Health, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceRetirement PlanBar Dues PaidCAALA Membership FeesPaid Time OffPay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per yearHow to Apply:Applicants should email their resume and a cover letter in PDF to .
