This role ensures accurate and timely test results while maintaining quality and compliance with laboratory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, microbiology, chemistry, immunology, and blood bankAnalyze blood, urine, and other body fluid samplesOperate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzersInterpret and validate test results, ensuring accuracy and reliabilityPerform quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) proceduresTroubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issuesMaintain laboratory records and documentationFollow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines (CLIA, CAP, OSHA)Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams regarding test resultsTrain and mentor laboratory staff or technicians (if applicable)
