Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is in search of a Head of Acquisition to take on a pivotal role in driving the global user acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling acquisition through a variety of channels, including paid media, affiliates, and influencers, with a strong focus on ROI, CPA, LTV, and retention quality. This role demands a leader who can manage and optimize large marketing budgets, lead a team, and work closely with CRM and retention teams to ensure traffic quality and lifetime value growth. The Head of Acquisition will also be expected to stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and acquisition innovations, and ensure compliance with local regulations and platform policies.Applicants for the Head of Acquisition position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in performance marketing and user acquisition, preferably within the iGaming, betting, or gaming sectors. A proven track record in a senior acquisition role, strong expertise in paid acquisition channels and affiliate marketing, and a deep understanding of key metrics are essential. The role requires a data-driven individual with excellent analytical and decision-making skills, as well as leadership experience and the ability to inspire and scale teams. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and knowledge of attribution tools, BI platforms, and tracking systems are also necessary. A background in fast-growth or international iGaming brands is a significant advantage, and fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus.Travel Percent
