Project Administrator

Location: Atlanta, GA | Hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite per weekAbout the RoleWinter Construction is seeking a Project Administrator to support our project teams across commercial and institutional projects in the Atlanta area. This role plays a key part in keeping projects organized and moving forward by supporting administrative, contractual, and financial processes throughout the project lifecycle.This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in supporting construction projects within a general contractor environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project start-up activities and maintain project information in the project management systemPrepare, route, and track owner contracts, subcontracts, and related documentationMaintain organized project files, including contracts, insurance, and payment documentationAssist with jobsite setup and ongoing administrative support for project teamsSupport accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoices, lien waivers, and owner pay applicationsAssist with subcontractor change orders, cost transfers, and monthly project reportingSupport project closeout activities, including final pay applications and document archivingCommunicate regularly with project teams, accounting, and operationsQualificationsPrior project administration experience with a general contractor requiredApproximately 3 years of relevant experience preferredProficiency with lien waivers, pay applications, change orders, contract administration, and accounts payableExperience working in Procore strongly preferredStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillProficient in Microsoft OfficeLocal to the Atlanta area or willing to relocateWhy You’ll Love Working HereLocal projects with no extensive travelExposure to commercial and institutional construction projectCollaborative teams that value organization and teamworkCompetitive compensation and benefits, including health coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, company phone, and professional development opportunitiesEqual Opportunity Employer:Winter Construction is committed to equal opportunity in all aspects of employment and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
