Office Manager

We have an immediate opening for an intelligent, responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to work in our office. The ideal candidate has experience processing A/P, A/R, payroll and Inventory transactions with Food manufacturing experience.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for processing A/P and Inventory receipts in QuickBooksResponsible for Build Assembly/Bills of materials in QuickBooksResponsible for processing A/R in QuickBooksProcess daily cash/check receipts and reconcile bank accountsCoordinate shipments of finished goods and bulk inventoryProvide office management functionsThis Administrative Position requires someone with intermediate / proficient technical clerical skills to quickly learn our systems.Assist and manage daily office activities effectively.Other support and responsibilities as neededQualifications and Experience:Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills.Proactively seeking opportunities for improvement. At least 3 years of experience with QuickBooks and general bookkeeping processes a must.At least 3 years of prior office administrative experienceExperience with USDA certified manufacturing facility a plusAbility to work with vendors and customers professionallyOrganized and able to work independently, and manage deadlines with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and strong analytical, organizational and research abilities.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team membersExperience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage daily office activities effectivelyProficiency in Accounting, including managing financial records and bookkeeping tasksOrganizational and multitasking abilities to coordinate office operations efficientlyProficiency in office software and tools, including spreadsheets and accounting softwareGreat attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsBilingual in Spanish a plus!!!
