Role ensures efficient office workflow, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between administrative staff and plant departments such as production, quality, warehouse, and leadership.Responsibilities:Supervise and support office and administrative staffCoordinate daily office operations, scheduling, and workflowMaintain accurate records related to production, inventory, payroll, and purchasingServe as a liaison between office staff and plant operationsEnsure timely processing of invoices, reports, and internal documentationSupport HR functions including onboarding paperwork, timekeeping, and employee recordsAssist with compliance documentation related to food safety, audits, and regulatory requirementsBilingual is a plus!Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience in an office supervisory or administrative leadership roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBakeMark is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
