Benefits Coordinator

Benefits Coordinator (Temporary)We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator for a 3-month temporary assignment in Tacoma, WA. This is a fully onsite, full-time role supporting day-to-day benefits administration activities. The position is strictly temporary and intended to provide short-term coverage and administrative supportno permanent hire or extension is planned. This role is well-suited for an HR coordinator or benefits administrator with hands-on experience supporting employee benefits processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans Assist employees with benefits questions and enrollment navigation Process new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations Maintain accurate benefits records in HRIS systems and spreadsheets Coordinate with vendors and internal HR partners on routine benefits matters Distribute benefits communications and assist with open enrollment preparation Perform data entry, audits, and administrative reporting as needed Provide general HR administrative support related to benefits Required Qualifications 13 years of experience in benefits administration, HR coordination, or HR administrative support Working knowledge of standard employee benefit plans Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Comfortable handling confidential employee information Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Ability to work onsite in Tacoma, WA, MondayFriday for the full assignment Important Notes This is a temporary, 3-month contract role only No conversion to permanent employment Fully onsiteremote or hybrid work is not available Full-time schedule during standard business hours Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour Search managed by: Gerald Morales Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
