You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the functional strategic ambitionsSuccess in this role offers the candidate an opportunity to build a large network from which to develop future career opportunities within AB Mauri or the ABF Group.Deliverables And AccountabilitiesPURPOSETo ensure BUGM’s knowledge of business performance and business issues is appropriate, current, and accurate.To support one key distinct EUM within ABB, supporting a recent acquisition and being the lead for ABB in the North America region, including key people, markets, and operations. For those EUM’s, develop insight into business performance issues, and opportunities. To condense, summarise and prioritise information.To bring high-quality finance reports, insight, and recommendations to support business decision making and performance management. To develop and continually raise the bar in terms of the quality of financial analysis provided. To generate and present insightful, concise, and accurate information regarding the actual and predicted performance of the business to senior management.Provision of reporting, planning & analysis to support the BUGM, working closely with other finance contacts (global, regional, site and Head Office) and non-finance (Project Management, Marketing, Technical Leads, regional and global commercial teams).Performance management for Omega Yeast including:Reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and 5 Year Plans.Supporting analysis, commentary, and presentations.Enabling tools including sales reports, opportunity trackers, and pricing trackers.Monitoring progress versus incentive targets.Strategic analysis support including sales volumes and prices by competitor / market / product (Photo Visions).To create and provide regular timely ad hoc updates to YPMS, BPM projects.To prepare and present the most up to date business plans, future outlook and performance to the appropriate BUGM and FD – at regular “Strategy People Delivery” meetings.To monitor, understand and challenge ABB plans and initiatives through Business Project Management trackers.To prepare, review, challenge, and facilitate the pricing request process prior to final authorisation by BUGM / FD. Point of contact to keep, track, and analyse all pricing information to support the business.ABB North America Regional Finance Lead ~35% ABB FD ABB MDTo have depth and breadth of understanding of what is happening within and around the business, including insight into underlying performance.Support the other FBPs in the ABB Finance team, with localised insight and knowledge from a NA perspective, on all ABB BUs. Provide analysis and recommendations to the team and Finance Director based on a NA regional viewpoint.
