Job Description Business Support Specialist Premier Auto Body is hiring a Business Support Specialist to manage front office operations, customer communication, documentation control, and accounts receivable tracking. This position serves as the operational control point for the shop, ensuring all customer communication, authorizations, billing, and documentation are handled accurately and professionally. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and manage customer communications Track estimates, insurance claims, and repair authorizations Maintain accurate documentation in CCC and internal systems Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on past-due invoices Manage loaner vehicle agreements and documentation Maintain strict control of vehicle keys and customer records Coordinate billing for fleet accounts Escalate customer concerns, missing documentation, or payment issues to management Qualifications Strong organization and attention to detail Professional phone and communication skills Ability to follow structured processes and documentation standards Experience in an automotive shop, service business, or administrative operations required.
