This is a full-time opportunity with openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machinery used in printed circuit board (PCB) production while ensuring quality standards and efficiency are consistently met.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines for drilling, routing, and milling of PCBs.Perform machine setup and adjustments according to job specifications.Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.Follow safety standards, company procedures, and 5S practices.Collaborate with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Minimum 1+ year of CNC machining experience (preferably in PCB manufacturing or electronics industry).Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Willingness to work in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as assigned.Team-oriented with strong communication skills.What We OfferCompetitive pay starting at $20 per hour.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Safe, supportive, and team-focused work environment.Perfect for candidates with CNC machining experience looking for stable, full-time work with growth opportunities in PCB manufacturing.
