Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of luxury single-family custom homes. This role requires strong organizational skills, an eye for design, and the ability to coordinate across clients, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Responsibilities:Maintain projet schedules, budgets, and milestone trackers while ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution of updatesCoordinate subcontractors and vendors, including onboarding, scheduling, and material trackingAssist with permitting and inspections to ensure compliance with local codes and project timelinesCollaborate with clients and design teams to finalize finish selections and manage material procurementSupport communication by preparing client updates, weekly progress reports, and internal team meeting notesRequirements:2-5 years of experience in residential construction or custom home buildingStrong understanding of finish materials, design coordination, and construction processesProficiency in project management and design software (Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, AutoCAD, or similar)Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design plansExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsWhy Join Our Client:Our client is a premier custom home builder in Houston, known for creating distinctive, high-end residences that blend craftsmanship with innovative design.
