Fullstack (.Net/Blazor) Support Developer

Job Description The .NET Developer will support an application team within a large financial services organization. This role is responsible for analyzing, enhancing, and modernizing business-critical systems that support producer management and related enterprise functions. This individual will work closely with an established application development team and cross-functional stakeholders, including legal and compliance partners, to support ongoing platform improvements and modernization efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer who can independently own technical deliverables and operate effectively with minimal direction. Analyze and support C#/.NET applications and APIs, gaining a strong understanding of system architecture and functionality Execute on modernization efforts, including upgrades, enhancements, and refactoring of legacy systems Evaluate and support system integrations across producer management and enterprise platforms Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches and modernization strategies Create clear, concise technical documentation (system analysis, recommendations, future-state designs) Partner with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to implement updates and ensure system alignment Own and deliver on assigned projects independently, from analysis through execution, with minimal direction Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across applications We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience with C# / .NET Core development Strong experience working with REST APIs and backend systems Experience supporting or modernizing legacy applications Experience with UI frameworks such as React or Blazor Ability to work independently and own projects end-to-end Experience using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve coding efficiency and productivity Excellent Oral Communication Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar) Experience working in integration-heavy environments Background in financial services, insurance, or regulated systems Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives J-18808-Ljbffr
