Guided by its mission “Clean power for all,” Sungrow continues to drive innovation and global sustainability.The PositionWe are seeking a hands-on ERP Operations Specialist to manage the daily operations, functional support, and continuous improvement of our ERP environment.This role focuses on ERP system stability, business process support, and issue resolution. The specialist will work closely with internal business teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure the SAP system effectively supports day-to-day operations.The ideal candidate has practical experience supporting ERP systems in production environments, including troubleshooting user issues, managing system changes, and coordinating with internal IT teams and external SAP partners when needed.This role is operations-focused rather than implementation-focused.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesERP Production SupportProvide daily operational support for SAP S/4HANA systemsTroubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues impacting business operationsMonitor system usage and ensure stable ERP system performanceManage and track support tickets and incident resolutionAct as the primary ERP support contact for internal usersBusiness Process SupportSupport key business processes within SAP, including:Sales order managementProcurement and purchasingInventory and logistics operationsFinance-related transactionsWork closely with business teams to identify system issues and operational gapsAnalyze whether issues are related to system configuration, data, or process designSystem Configuration & EnhancementsSupport minor configuration changes and system adjustmentsCoordinate with internal IT teams or external SAP partners for complex changesParticipate in system testing, UAT, and release validationAssist with system upgrades and change management processesData Integrity & System GovernanceSupport ERP master data managementCustomersVendorsMaterialsMonitor data accuracy and process complianceAssist with ERP reporting and operational analysisHelp enforce standardized ERP processesMinimum Requirements2–4 years of experience in ERP operations, business systems support, or enterprise SaaS administrationHands-on experience working with inventory modules, item master data, and transaction validationExperience supporting reconciliation or data accuracy processesStrong attention to detail and structured working styleAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation)Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance and Operations teamsAbility to follow defined procedures consistentlyStrong ownership mindset and accountabilityOccasional after-hours or weekend work if production issues ariseEducation Or Desired License And CertificatesBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent.CompetenciesTechnical problem solving/analytical skillsSelf-starter, strong initiatives and an excellent communicatorSystem and product level mindsetOrganization, detailed-oriented nature and strong initiative Strong technical support focus and a service-oriented individual with usersExperience supporting mid-size ERP environmentsExperience coordinating with global teamsPower BI related abilityTravel20%-30%Work Location and Status:Full time, Phoenix, Arizona or Southern CaliforniaNo visa sponsorshipCompensationCompensation commensurate with experienceCompetitive benefits package and employee programsStrong personal and company growth opportunities Sungrow is an equal opportunity employer.
