Job Title: Program Manager Communications, Change & Enablement Location: Remote (Hyderabad, India) Number of Positions: 1 Work Mode: Remote Daily Schedule: General Shift Role Overview We are looking for a Program Manager Communications, Change & Enablement to drive internal communication strategies, enablement initiatives, and change management activities supporting strategic rollouts across a global organization. The ideal candidate is a storyteller with expertise in crafting impactful narratives, managing stakeholder communications, and developing visually engaging materials. Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Communications & Content Development Craft internal communication materials including newsletters, leadership messages, and executive announcements. Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, FAQs, and readiness decks for change initiatives. Align content with organizational tone, branding, and strategyCollaborate with Change Practitioners and Project Managers to execute change plans. Review and edit communications for clarity, consistency, and engagement .Program Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Enablement Leads to gather feedback and ensure consistent messaging. Coordinate readiness assets and communications aligned to organizational standardsSupport smooth project closeouts by managing documentation, content cleanup, and archival.Visual & Multimedia Support Design visually compelling presentations, videos, and infographics to enhance communication effectiveness. Translate impact stories into engaging narratives to reinforce adoption and celebrate success. Must-Have Skills 5 years of experience in communications, enablement, or change managementExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams. Experience with visual design tools PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (mandatory)Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with Microsoft's internal tools (Virtuoso, Full Scope, SDMPlus).
