The Deputy Cat Herder (Assistant Volunteer Coordinator) supports the Chief Cat Herder (Volunteer Coordinator) in managing and organizing volunteer activities and relationships. This is a flexible and rewarding remote volunteer opportunity which can fit your lifestyle.EveryCat Health Foundation volunteers raise awareness about the need for continued feline health studies, provide information and education about cat health that impacts pet owners and veterinary professionals.Key duties include assisting with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, tracking hours, and maintaining communication with volunteers to ensure they feel engaged and informed. The assistant may also help with training, volunteer recognition efforts, and manage volunteer records. The assistant may also provide support for quarterly volunteer Zoom meetings, including cat trivia games and other activities.
