Product Development Engineer - Frames & Structures

Design and Release Engineering for frames, mounts, spare tire winches, and/or tow hooks through forward-model development, release, and launch Apply DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, Perfect Drawing Plan, and Engineering Specifications to deliver robust designs and avoid failure modes Lead overall design to meet package, crash, durability, commercial upfitting, and thermal management vehicle attributes Lead, review, and approve frame structure designs against component engineering specifications and vehicle requirements Resolve durability, assembly, and functional issues Coach, technically mentor, and guide peer engineers through Technical Club forums Deliver material cost reduction, warranty reduction, and benchmarking initiatives Requirements 3 years of experience in frames or structures Design and Release CAD capability with CATIA and 3DX BS in Mechanical Engineering Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead a team and work with cross-functional groups Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Visa sponsorship is not available Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Design and Release Engineering for frames and structures, utilizing CAD tools like CATIA and 3DX to deliver robust designs while leading cross-functional teams and mentoring peers.
