This role is responsible for assisting technicians, retail customers, and internal staff by identifying, sourcing, and distributing the correct parts in a timely and efficient manner. The Parts Counterperson plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring smooth workflow in the service department, and delivering a positive customer experience.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to navigate parts catalogs and inventory systems are essential.
