The team operates across investments, operating companies, and philanthropic initiatives, with a focus on long-term value creation, thoughtful capital allocation, and building things that matter. This is not a large institutional environment where work disappears into layers of hierarchy. The team is small, fast-moving, and highly collaborative. People are trusted with real responsibility early and expected to think like owners.The RoleWe’re looking for a Family Office Associate to help own and improve the organization’s capital planning and business intelligence ecosystem. This person will work across financial modeling, dashboards, reporting, research, and investment operations to help leadership better understand where capital, time, and attention should be focused. You’ll work closely with leadership, accounting, outside advisors, and investment partners to gather information, refine systems, and translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Over time, this role will also help shape internal processes around investment evaluation, documentation, and portfolio monitoring.
