We don’t hide behind vanity metrics—we build systems that scale.The RoleWe’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who lives in the numbers but understands the bigger picture. This role is for someone who can both execute and think strategically—someone who knows how to build, manage, and optimize campaigns and explain why the data matters.You’ll own paid media execution across platforms, work closely with strategy and creative teams, and help ensure our clients’ ad spend actually drives growth. This isn’t a “set it and forget it” role—we need someone who tests aggressively, learns fast, and takes accountability for performance.What You’ll DoCampaign Execution & OptimizationBuild, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platformsMonitor performance daily and optimize budgets, targeting, creative, and bidding strategiesOwn pacing, performance, and efficiency—no surprises at the end of the monthPerformance Analysis & ReportingAnalyze campaign data to surface insights, trends, and opportunitiesTranslate performance metrics into clear takeaways for internal teams and clientsIdentify what’s working, what’s not, and what we should test nextCreative & Strategy CollaborationWork closely with creative and content teams to brief, iterate, and improve ad creativeProvide clear feedback based on performance data—not opinionsSupport strategic planning with channel-specific insights and recommendationsTesting & Growth MindsetDesign and execute structured testing plans (creative, audiences, offers, funnels)Stay current on platform changes, best practices, and emerging opportunitiesProactively suggest improvements and new ideas, not just react to problemsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with account managers, performance leads, and web teams to support integrated campaignsEnsure paid media aligns with broader brand and growth objectivesWho You Are2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred)Comfortable owning accounts and being accountable to performanceStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionUnderstands the relationship between creative, targeting, and conversion—not just dashboardsClear communicator who can explain results without jargon or excusesExperience with health, wellness, e-commerce, or DTC brands (bonus)Comfortable working in a fast-moving, boutique agency environmentEgo-free, curious, and always looking for ways to get betterWhat Success Looks LikeCampaigns are well-structured, actively optimized, and improving month over monthClients understand where their ad dollars are going and whyCreative testing is consistent and informed by performance dataBudgets are paced correctly and performance issues are flagged earlyThe team trusts your insights and relies on you for paid media expertiseCompany DescriptionRyze is a full-service agency that provides clients with communications planning and buying across traditional and emerging channels, including digital, social, and mobile.
