Marketing Manager
Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, can manage multiple moving pieces, and is equally comfortable with strategy and execution.You will oversee a small team while collaborating closely with executive leadership, sales, and cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to life. The ideal candidate is a proactive, adaptable leader who can step in, take ownership, and drive measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectivesOwn and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital (social, email, SEO/SEM) and traditional channels (events, PR, print)Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention initiativesMonitor and optimize performance using KPIs and analytics, adjusting strategies as neededTeam Leadership & CollaborationLead and manage a small marketing team (3–4 people), including design and web supportCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and creative teams to align messaging and executionProvide direction, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality outputDigital Marketing & ContentOversee social media strategy and growth, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and B2B engagementManage content calendars and publishing, leveraging internal resources and freelancersExecute email marketing campaigns and lifecycle strategies, aligning with the customer journeyEvents & Trade ShowsPlan and execute 6–7 trade shows annually, along with additional sponsorships and eventsManage end-to-end logistics including vendor sourcing, pre-planning, and on-site coordinationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and strong brand presenceSupport both consumer-facing and B2B/distributor-focused eventsB2B Marketing & Sales EnablementPartner with sales to support lead generation, funnel development, and outreach initiativesConduct research and provide insights to target distributors, wholesalers, and new accountsBuild campaigns to re-engage inactive accounts and drive new business opportunitiesAssist with inbound inquiries and vendor onboarding processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management roleProven ability to execute marketing strategies across multiple channelsStrong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content strategyExperience supporting B2B marketing and sales initiativesExcellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-makingExceptional communication and collaboration skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience in event marketing and trade show executionFamiliarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platformsExperience working in regulated or compliance-driven industriesExposure to PR, partnerships, or influencer marketingFamiliarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and web/digital best practicesSuccess ProfileA true doer who can “hit the ground running” and execute quicklyComfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to shifting prioritiesStrong leadership presence while remaining hands-on and approachableBrings fresh ideas, creativity, and awareness of current marketing trendsAbility to balance strategy with execution and deliver measurable business impactWork Environment & CultureCollaborative, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environmentStrong emphasis on teamwork, flexibility, and adaptabilityOpportunity to make a direct impact and help shape marketing initiativesBalanced culture that values both performance and work-life balance
