If so, lets talk.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesThe Junior SAP Project Manager supports the planning, execution, and tracking of SAP projects and initiatives. This role works closely with senior project managers, SAP functional and technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure project activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with SAP delivery standards.This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career project professional to grow within SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and optimization programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Delivery SupportSupport end‑to‑end SAP project activities including planning, execution, testing, and deploymentAssist in maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions), and status reportsTrack milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across SAP workstreamsCoordinate meetings, workshops, and project ceremonies (status calls, sprint reviews, UAT sessions)Stakeholder & Team CoordinationAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and SAP delivery teamsFollow up on action items and ensure timely closureSupport communication of project updates, decisions, and changesAssist with vendor and system integrator coordination as neededSAP Project Lifecycle SupportSupport SAP Implementation Phases IncludingBlueprint / ExploreBuildTesting (SIT, UAT)Cutover & Go‑LiveAssist with documentation such as functional specs, test evidence, and readiness checklistsHelp ensure alignment with SAP Activate or internal delivery methodologiesReporting & GovernancePrepare weekly and monthly status reports for leadershipTrack resource assignments and timesheetsAssist with budget tracking and forecasting under senior PM guidanceSupport governance activities and compliance documentationContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve project coordination, reporting, and delivery processesLearn SAP delivery best practices and project management standardsSupport post‑go‑live activities and lessons learned documentationPreferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired QualificationsRequired technical and professional expertiseBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field2–5 years of experience supporting IT or ERP projectsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar)Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExposure to SAP implementations or SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, Ariba, etc.)Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid project methodologiesProject Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum) is a plusExperience working with global or cross‑functional teamsCore Skills & CompetenciesProject Coordination & ExecutionSAP Delivery Lifecycle AwarenessStakeholder CommunicationRisk & Issue TrackingDocumentation & ReportingTime & Priority ManagementWhy This RoleHands‑on exposure to enterprise SAP programsClear growth path into SAP Project Manager or Program rolesOpportunity to work with senior SAP architects and business leadersBuild a strong foundation in ERP project delivery
