A company is looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to diagnose and resolve internal software system issues.
Key Responsibilities
Triage, troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues in technical systems
Proactively monitor production environments and processes to ensure functionality
Respond to requests for custom reports, data analysis, and technical support
Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
Experience in customer service or direct interaction with customers
Proven documentation skills
Strong time management and prioritization skills
