Job Title: Executive DirectorOrganization: VitaCare LivingLocation: Hayward, WisconsinPosition Type: Full-Time, ExemptPosition SummaryThe Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and operation of the facility. This role ensures compliance with Wisconsin CBRF regulations, oversees staff and program development, manages financial performance, and fosters a safe, supportive environment for residents and employees.Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the facilityEnsure compliance with all applicable Wisconsin CBRF regulations and standardsHire, train, supervise, and evaluate management and direct care staffMaintain high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfactionCollaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community partnersOversee quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure proper documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping practicesRepresent the organization in the community and maintain positive public relationsQualifications:Knowledge of Wisconsin CBRF regulations and licensing requirementsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with budgeting, financial management, and regulatory complianceAbility to foster a positive, team-oriented work environmentLicensure/Certification Requirements• Wisconsin CBRF Administrator certification preferred• CBRF certified preferred, but will train the right candidateCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesAbout Company:VitaCare Living is a community-based residential facility (CBRF) dedicated to adding LIFE to the years of our residents and staff through compassionate, person-centered care.
