AI Solutions EngineerLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite per week)Employment Type: Full‑Time, Direct HireIndustry: Financial ServicesAbout the RoleWe are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI‑driven solutions that enhance software development and business workflows across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, architecture, security, and governance teams to develop scalable, responsible, and production‑ready AI systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement solutions using large language models (LLMs) to support software development and enterprise use cases.Develop and optimize AI‑assisted development tools, including code generation, review, and refactoring workflows.Apply prompt engineering best practices to improve accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI outputs.Build and maintain LLM orchestration pipelines, integrating multiple models, tools, and data sources.Design and implement autonomous and semi‑autonomous agent systems to automate complex engineering and operational tasks.Evaluate, test, and validate AI‑generated code to ensure quality, security, and adherence to engineering standards.Partner with security, risk, and compliance teams to define and enforce AI governance frameworks, policies, and controls.Monitor performance, reliability, and ethical use of AI systems in production environments.Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in AI, LLMs, and developer productivity tooling.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Hands‑on experience building solutions with LLM‑based development frameworks
