Job SpecificsThis position supports surgical services at the Oconto main campus and at Ambulatory Surgery Center in Marinette. The role involves floating between both locations and to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing elective surgeries and GI procedures. Patient volume varies daily, requiring adaptability and strong clinical skills to manage diverse surgical cases efficiently.Location: 820 Arbutus Ave, Oconto, WI 54153 and 2820 Roosevelt Rd, Marinette, WI 54153FTE Status: Part Time .5 FTE (20 hours/week)Work Schedule: variable days Monday to Friday between 5:30 am to 6:00 pm (8-hour shifts) with no weekends, holidays, or on-callWant to learn more: Chat with Kayla Niquette at Kayla.Niquette@emplifyhealth.orgJob Description:Specializing in general, orthopedics, gynecological, urological, GI and ENT surgeries.The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
