Content Operations Coordinator

We're hiring a Content Operations Manager to run editorial production. You'll own the calendar, manage the sprint workflow in Jira, edit every piece, and make sure nothing ships without your sign-off.We work in two-week sprints. You'll plan, commit, and deliver alongside the rest of the team.What You'll DoManage the editorial calendar across two brands and hit every sprint commitmentEdit content for grammar, accuracy, brand voice, and SEO best practicesRun keyword research and develop content briefsOwn content tickets in Jira from backlog through sprint reviewParticipate in daily standups, sprint planning, retros, and refinementCoordinate between team members and account managersMaintain style guides and brand voice documentationQuality-control every deliverable before publicationIdentify content gaps and opportunities across brandsWhat We're Looking For3+ years in content, editorial, or digital marketingExceptional editing skillsHands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsDaily Jira experience (creating tickets, managing boards, sprint reporting)SEO keyword research experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, or comparable toolsComfort with modern content production tools and workflowsAbility to manage multiple brands and deadlines without dropping ballsClear communicator who works well with cross-functional teamsBonus PointsExperience in lead generation, insurance, or digital marketing verticalsFamiliarity with WordPress and basic on-page SEOScrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)Experience leading sprint ceremonies for a content or marketing pod
