Onsite Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Manager to lead operations at one of our coastal hotels. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of property management, facilities oversight, and administrative tasks. This role demands a hands-on approach to managing hotel operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and conflict resolution. The successful candidate will excel in leading teams, driving upsell opportunities, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesManage daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless housekeeping and property maintenance.Use Cloudbeds (Reservation System) to track reservations and optimize revenue.Handle data entry for property management systems with accuracy.Oversee administrative tasks, including file organization and documentation.Implement effective facilities management strategies to boost operational efficiency.Build and maintain positive guest relationships, resolving conflicts swiftly.Train and lead staff to foster a collaborative, goal-oriented team environment.Identify and promote upselling opportunities to increase revenue.QualificationsExperience in hotel management or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with Cloudbeds, Whistle, or similar property management software is a plus.Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.Self-Starter with the ability to identify hotel needs and resolutions.Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills.Knowledge of facilities management principles.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proactive, independent, and team-oriented mindset.We invite passionate hospitality professionals with the required skills to apply for this exciting role.
