This position requires someone who can support the Executive Team with a problem-solving mindset in any situation.Primary ResponsibilitiesPrioritize supervisor needs, client projects, and other responsibilities in the fast-paced environment of a Sales OrganizationContinually adjust meeting schedules according to supervisors' preferencesProvide travel options and book reservations for flights, hotels, cars, restaurants, and other events for Executive TeamScreen emails, phone calls, mail and internal requests for meetings as the gate-keeper for both the Managing Partner and President of NASBCreate production reports for entire NASB production and email to NASB partnersCollect Financial reports from Integrity Accounting for NASB, Milner Financial, HarveyTime, and Elevation and send to Chad for reviewReceive all bills for NASB, review, and submit to be paid for NASB through Bill.com/CoupaSummarize all bills for NASB monthly and send to Executive team for reviewOrganize budget for NASB with Executive Team and review monthly for budget performance reviewAttend all Financial meetings with Integrity for NASB/Milner Financial and summarize calls for Executive TeamReconcile and submit expense reports in Concur/Coupa for Executive TeamOrder meals according to the needs of the Executive TeamManage NASB Reward Jacket program for NASB agentsAssist Travel Coordinator position with Partner Trip AnnuallyAssist Travel Coordinator position with NASB Convention AnnuallyAssist Travel Coordinator position with NASB agent Trip AnnuallyParticipate in "partner chat" text message groups to monitor and participate in the NASB partners group chat to collect relative business information from leadership in the fieldOther duties as assigned Primary Skills & RequirementsCompletely trustworthy in maintaining confidentiality with high-level company documents and meetingsHighly professional with phone and email communication, especially with clientsProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookProficient in writing, editing, and typing skillsExcellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entryExcellent organizational skills and self-motivation without supervisionMaintain a positive, can-do attitude under pressureAble to learn new skills and work overtime frequently as needed by supervisors Benefits AvailableMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid HolidaysPTOCommunity Service PTOFSA/HSALife InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityAbout IntegrityIntegrity is one of the nation's leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
