Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Utility Pipe Laborer based in Freehold, NJ. The Utility Pipe Laborer will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks, assisting in the installation of utility pipelines, preparing construction sites, and ensuring the safe operation of equipment. Responsibilities may include trench digging, pipe placement, backfilling, and maintaining worksite cleanliness and safety standards. Collaboration with the construction team to meet project deadlines is also a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Experience in utility pipeline installation, trenching, and site preparationFamiliarity with construction equipment operation and safety protocolsStrong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditionsAbility to work effectively in a team setting and follow instructionsKnowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practicesWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not requiredPrior experience in construction or a related field is a plusReliable transportation to the job site
