InterDent Service Corporation is a leading, multi-state dental support organization (DSO) providing centralized, non-clinical management and administrative services to affiliated dental practices.We support approximately 165 practices, 400+ dentists, and 2,000+ team members across eight states, operating under trusted regional brands including Gentle Dental.Through scalable infrastructure, disciplined operating models, and shared services, InterDent enables clinicians to stay focused on delivering exceptional patient care-while we drive consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across a complex, multi-market platform.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and service-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.In this role, you will serve as a key partner to field operations by managing the full-cycle recruiting process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
