Program Coordinator / Program Administrator / Project Coordinator / Project AdministratorJob Location: New York, NY 10004 Job Duration: 12+ Months Description: Looking for an individual with 3-6 years of professional experience in the financial services industry and provide program support related to Site & Physical Technology Asset Control program. The role is in a fast-paced environment and requires an individual who can operate in time-pressure situations and is execution oriented. Responsibilities: Develop, analyze, and present findings in response to senior management requests Coordinate and prepare comprehensive executive-level insights and analysis in advance of key meetings Support cross-department coordination on divisional efforts (e.g., annual budgeting, strategic investments, people agenda, cost efficiency, etc.) Drive project planning and develop key program deliverables Overall program support including leading workstream meetings, documenting program deliverables and follow-ups, producing and vetting meeting content and materials Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to perform in high pressure, fast-paced situations Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized Ability to multitask and prioritize work Ability to work across functional disciplines and with all levels of the organization Ability to analyze / synthesize large amounts of information and present findings to senior audiences in a succinct and concise way Superior PowerPoint, Excel, and general MS Office skills Experience working with multiple stakeholders and in large dynamic teams in other financial institutions Technology and organizational strategy background a plus Thorough understanding of finance and accounting principles a plus
