This role oversees the daily operations of the OSEA Skincare Studio and Office, including staff management, esthetician support, membership growth, client experience, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hospitality-minded, and deeply passionate about skincare, wellness, and creating meaningful customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesStudio Operations & Team ManagementOversee all day-to-day operations of the OSEA Skincare Studio to ensure a seamless client experienceMaintain Studio aesthetics, merchandising, cleanliness, and overall presentation standardsManage scheduling, performance, coaching, and ongoing development of Skincare Studio staffCreate and implement sales incentive programs to motivate and support Studio team performanceCoordinate onboarding and maintenance of esthetician licensing and private liability insurance requirementsMaintain Studio policies, operational procedures, and service standardsEnsure all safety and sanitation protocols remain compliant with industry best practicesClient Experience & MembershipElevate and maintain a welcoming, elevated, and wellness-driven Studio environmentManage facial bookings and optimize appointment flow to support studio revenue goalsOversee the Studio membership program, including member communications, retention initiatives, and special offersAddress customer inquiries and provide chat-based customer support as needed during Studio shiftsResolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindsetContinuously identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer journey and Studio experienceInventory & Systems ManagementManage and maintain MangoMint booking and reporting softwareMaintain accurate inventory counts across retail, backstock, and treatment suppliesMonitor and replenish inventory levels to support uninterrupted Studio operationsTrack inventory reporting within spreadsheets and MangoMint systemsTraining & Treatment OperationsCoordinate and support esthetician trainings, education, and ongoing skill developmentPartner cross-functionally to ensure treatments align with OSEA brand standards and product educationSupport implementation of new services, protocols, and promotional offeringsMarketing & PartnershipsSupport growth of the Skincare Studio through collaboration on marketing campaigns, mailers, events, and membership promotionsSource and execute local cross-promotional partnership opportunities with aligned wellness and lifestyle businessesCollaborate with internal teams to drive awareness, bookings, and customer retention initiativesFacilities Management & Additional ResponsibilitiesOversee facilities management and daily operational upkeep of the Venice Skincare Studio and officeCoordinate and ensure timely completion of team send-outs and internal office shipments as neededSupport the Influencer team on an ad hoc basis, including product and operational support as neededManage incoming and outgoing company mail and deliveriesOversee third-party vendors and service providers including gardeners, cleaning services, maintenance vendors, and related building support partnersSupport special events, launches, and in-Studio activations as neededPrepare for and support corporate meetings and team gatherings held at the Venice office, including conference room setup, technology coordination, food and beverage arrangements, and overall onsite meeting logistics Assist with additional operational and administrative projects as assignedThis job description is a summary of duties. It is by no means an all-inclusive list but is merely a broad guide of expected duties and is subject to change.RequirementsAbility to work in person 5 days a week in person at our Venice Skincare Studio & Office 4+ years of experience in retail, spa, or wellness operations managementPrior experience managing service-based teams, preferably within beauty, skincare, wellness, or hospitalityStrong understanding of customer experience, appointment-based business operations, and membership programsExperience with booking platforms and POS systems such as MangoMint, Clover, or similar softwareExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughPassion for skincare, wellness, and clean beautyComfortable engaging with customers and online communities across social platformsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic studio environmentProficiency with Google Workspace and inventory tracking spreadsheetsMust be willing to use AIAbility to stand for extended periods and lift/move products or supplies up to 50 poundsAbility to work with fragranced skincare and spa treatment productsMust reside in the United States to be considered for this positionPlease note that visa sponsorship is not available for this positionCompensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$105,000 per year. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
