The Mom Project is excited to support Etsy with their search for a Social & Community Engagement Specialist to join their team.About The RoleThe Community Partnerships & Programs Specialist reports to the Sr. Manager of Community and supports execution across three core areas: community partnerships, IRL markets, and seller programming.This role serves as key operational support—owning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution across campaigns and experiences that engage our community and support seller success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is highly organized, and enjoys bringing cross-functional programs to life while contributing to meaningful, seller-facing work.Core Responsibilities Partnerships Campaign Execution & CoordinationOwn the operational execution of partnership campaigns, translating strategy into clear plans, systems, and deliverables.Translate partnership agreements into clear, trackable workstreams (e.g., Asana), including timelines, owners, and dependenciesBuild and maintain detailed project plans and workbacks to ensure all deliverables are scoped correctly and executed on timeTrack and manage all partner deliverables, proactively flagging risks, delays, or gaps and recommending solutionsServe as a day-to-day point of contact for select partners during execution, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communicationCoordinate across internal teams (marketing, events, content, product, etc.) to ensure alignment on partner requirements and campaign needsManage marketing placements across email, social, and in-product surfaces (e.g., Shop Manager cards), ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryCollect, organize, and QA partner assets (logos, copy, creative), ensuring they meet specifications and are used correctly across channelsMaintain and update partnerships tracking systems to ensure visibility into deliverables, timelines, and status across programsSupport reporting by ensuring accurate tracking of execution and delivery across all partnership initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and tracking processes to help scale partnerships more effectively IRL Markets Execution & Seller ExperienceSupport the execution of Etsy’s IRL markets strategy, with a focus on seller experience and operational excellence.Support planning and execution of IRL markets led by the Partnerships ManagerBuild and manage detailed workbacks and timelines for market activationsCoordinate seller communications, participation, and readiness for IRL eventsPartner with program and event leads to ensure partnership integrations (branding, activations, placements) are clearly defined and executedEnsure a high-quality, consistent seller experience across marketsSupport logistics, documentation, and cross-functional coordination for IRL activations Seller Programming & Community ConnectionCoordinate and strengthen Etsy’s always-on seller programming, with a focus on connection, consistency, and experience.Lead execution of recurring seller meetups, including logistics, communications, and follow-upsSupport programming that connects Etsy leadership directly with sellersManage reimbursement processes for seller participation in IRL events and visitsHelp evolve meetup formats, cadence, and overall program effectivenessSupport amplification of IRL programming through digital channels (URL touchpoints) Reporting, Metrics & Operational SupportSupport measurement, tracking, and overall operational health across partnerships and programs.Collect and organize performance metrics across partnership campaigns and programsSupport monthly and quarterly reporting cadencesTrack deliverables and ensure accountability across stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, tracking systems, and processesQualificationsExperience & Background3–5 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, community programs, events, or related rolesExperience supporting cross-functional campaigns or partner activationsExperience coordinating IRL eventsSkills & StrengthsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with strong execution and follow-throughClear and effective communicator, both written and verbalComfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environmentsProactive, adaptable, and solutions-orientedAble to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized with strong project management and operational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, thoughtful, and brand-aligned messagingPreferred QualificationsExperience with project management tools (e.g., Asana)Experience working in Slack and cross-functional environmentsFamiliarity with Airtable or similar tracking systemsComfortable gathering, organizing, and QA’ing content and assetsExperience managing IRL eventsExperience working with external partners on behalf of a brandProactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of executional workStrong eye for storytelling, with the ability to identify and source compelling seller storiesHours and Location:M-F, 40 hours/week100% remote - ESTWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
