Client Service Representative
Overview
This role supports facilities management operations through a mix of administrative support, client communication, work order coordination, invoicing, and vendor interaction. Ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track work orders using a CMMS platform
Process and code invoices; communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal clients and stakeholders
Coordinate vendors, contracts, and compliance documentation
Support internal event and meeting setup requests
Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative reporting
Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
Qualifications
2–3 years of administrative, accounts payable, or facilities-related experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
Experience with CMMS, SharePoint, or accounting software preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
