Warehouse Shipping Specialist

Job Title:WAREHOUSE/SHIPPING SPECIALIST Rev No.:001 Job Description: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Sort, organize, and store products in designated areas. Pick and pack orders according to packing lists and shipping instructions. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively. Prepare and label shipments for delivery. Involved in the end of the year inventory counts and report discrepancies. Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks as needed. Understand shipping costs and eliminate unnecessary expenses related to errors and inefficiencies in the shipping process. Prepare shipping quotes as needed based on specific client need. Work with Operations team on any RMA related issues. Assist Technical Service with any light servicing and preparation of printer either inbound or outbound. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Establish and maintains close working relationship with all departments, internal or external. Perform other related duties as assigned.
