You will utilize your clinical knowledge to implement effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at achieving exceptional sales results. Our Account Managers excel in navigating complex commercialization challenges in a dynamic environment and demonstrate expertise in the following:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Business Planning & Account Leadership: Leverage digital tools and data insights to craft strategies, allocate resources, track progress, and enhance sales execution.Selling: Communicate product benefits clearly, address customer needs, overcome objections, and secure commitments to drive behavior change.Customer Development: Foster and nurture productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders while aligning with customer needs and organizational objectives.Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: Analyze market trends and dynamics, identify key account linkages, and utilize therapeutic knowledge to pinpoint unique opportunities.Reimbursement: Stay informed about reimbursement trends and proactively address payer access issues leveraging Lundbeck's resources.Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: Apply your understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, ensuring adherence to Lundbeck's policies and FDA regulations.REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and SKILLS:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device sales, or related healthcare sales.Strong intellectual capacity to excel in product knowledge training and certifications.A self-starter with a robust work ethic and excellent communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.Must reside within 40 miles of the designated territory.A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.Compliance with healthcare providers' credentialing requirements is essential.PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and SKILLS:Experience with specialty product sales, particularly in CNS/neuroscience.Track record of successful sales performance.Experience in developing and executing integrated account plans.Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sales data reporting tools.Experience in product launches and collaborations with alliance partners.Proven leadership experience in committees or related activities.TRAVEL:Willingness to travel up to 30%-40% domestically to engage with customers and attend conferences (4-8 annually).The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000, with an incentive target of $39,000.
