Training & Development ManagerFinancial Services | On-SiteOur client, a well-established financial services organization, is seeking a Training & Development Manager to support the professional development of financial representatives early in their careers. This role focuses primarily on representatives within their first five years in the business, with particular emphasis on those in their first year.The Training Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership including the Director of Training, Director of Development, Chief Growth Officer, and Network Office leadership to implement structured training initiatives, coordinate development programs, and support the continued growth of financial representatives and their teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport financial representative candidates through required training and onboarding processesServe as the primary contact for candidate questions to ensure a smooth onboarding experienceCoordinate with Recruiting and Contracting teams to manage onboarding requirements and timelinesAssist in organizing and facilitating key training programs, including Basics Day and other office learning initiativesSchedule and coordinate internal and external subject matter experts for training sessionsWork with leadership to develop and maintain the annual training calendar and ensure communication across the organizationSupport weekly training sessions, study groups, network office training events, and special learning programsCoordinate training logistics including pre-work assignments, preparation of faculty, session facilitation, and follow-up activitiesMonitor activity expectations for financial representatives in their first 6–12 months and provide coaching to support performance and accountabilityTrack productivity metrics and partner with leadership to monitor development progressSupport financial representatives preparing for FINRA licensing exams by assisting with study plans and accountabilityCoordinate continuing education initiatives and communicate learning opportunities across the officeQualificationsBachelor's degree required; degree in Adult Education, Business Administration, or related field preferredMinimum two years of experience developing or facilitating training programsExperience in financial services and/or a sales-driven environment strongly preferredStrong presentation and instructional facilitation skillsAbility to build relationships and work effectively with professionals at all organizational levelsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyAdditional RequirementsMust obtain Health & Life Insurance License within the first three (3) months of employmentPosition is fully on-site, five days per weekCompensationSalary: $85,000 – $90,000
