Environmentally responsible practices and effective, property-safe cleaning solutions are central to the company’s service philosophy.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role based in Orlando, FL. The Outside Sales Representative will prospect and generate new business in assigned territories, focusing on residential and commercial clients who need exterior cleaning and pressure washing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying leads, cold calling, door-to-door outreach, networking, and responding to inbound inquiries. The role involves conducting on-site property evaluations, preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations and estimates, and clearly explaining service options, pricing, and timelines. The Outside Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with clients, follow up on proposals, negotiate terms in alignment with company guidelines, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. Additional duties include tracking activities in a CRM or sales system, coordinating with operations to schedule work, gathering customer feedback, and representing the Deermark brand at community or industry events.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development, including the ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close opportunities.Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills, with a focus on long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional follow-up via phone, email, and in person.Previous experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development, preferably in home services, facilities services, or related industries.Comfort working primarily in the field, including visiting residential and commercial properties in various weather conditions.Ability to understand and explain technical service details and pricing in simple, customer-friendly language.Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized, with the ability to manage a personal sales pipeline and schedule.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility to work in the United States.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Orange County and City of Orlando Solicitor's Licenses or be prepared to obtain them.
