This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent client communication skills, and deep expertise in Agile project management and Jira reporting.You will work closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project LeadershipManage multiple concurrent technical projects from kickoff through delivery.Lead complex programs involving cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and client stakeholders.Establish clear project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.Client & Executive EngagementServe as a primary point of contact for C-suite and executive stakeholders.Facilitate strategic planning discussions, roadmap reviews, and executive status updates.Translate technical progress and risks into clear business language for leadership teams.Agile Delivery & Team CoordinationDrive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.Partner with engineering leadership to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.Ensure teams remain focused on priority outcomes while maintaining high quality standards.Jira Management & ReportingMaintain project visibility and delivery metrics through advanced Jira reporting and dashboards.Develop executive-level reports that track velocity, sprint progress, delivery risks, and resource utilization.Use data insights to proactively manage project health and performance.Risk & Program ManagementIdentify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.Manage scope, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across programs.Ensure documentation, communication, and governance standards are maintained across engagements.QualificationsRequired Experience7+ years of technical project management or program management experienceProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience leading complex, cross-functional technical programsExperience working directly with C-suite or executive leadership teamsStrong expertise in Jira administration, reporting, and dashboard creationExperience managing Agile software development teamsPreferredExperience working in software development, digital product, or consulting environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS platformsPMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certificationsKey SkillsAgile / Scrum DeliveryProgram & Portfolio ManagementExecutive CommunicationStakeholder ManagementRisk & Dependency ManagementJira Reporting & AnalyticsTechnical Project LeadershipWhy Join Alloy DigitalWork on innovative digital platforms and enterprise softwarePartner with high-profile clients and executive leadership teamsJoin a collaborative, engineering-driven culture focused on quality and impactOpportunity to lead large-scale technical programs
