You’ll verify tolerances, fine-tune assemblies, and confirm every unit meets exacting quality and customer requirements.A day in the lifeStart with a review of work orders, blueprints, schematics, and BOMs to plan materials and steps.Assemble and align parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools; fasten, position, and verify fit.Perform precision operations—drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, and spot-facing—using presses and portable drills.Wire, route, and terminate connections following electrical diagrams; test circuits for resistance and operation; record results.Measure components with calipers and other precision tools to confirm dimensions and clearances.Inspect surfaces for defects; clean parts with approved solutions, air, and cloths to maintain quality.Wrap up by organizing tools and restoring your work area to a safe, orderly condition.What you bringHigh school diploma or GED.Hands-on electromechanical assembly experience, including extensive wiring.Fluency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.Effective English communication (read, write, speak).A team-first mindset and the ability to learn quickly and execute accurately.Comfort operating power tools and equipment safely; commitment to safety practices.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.Why you’ll enjoy working hereBalance and benefits from day one: health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, and commuter benefits.401(k) match, generous paid time off, employee discounts, and perks.Growth culture: tuition reimbursement, mentorship, and extensive online learning.Innovate with purpose: digitalization, sustainability, and projects that matter.Contribute ideas and get rewarded for them.Compensation and additional detailsThe hourly rate for this role in Georgia is $20.00. Final rate may be higher or lower based on budget along with your experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
