A leading Am Law firm is seeking to make a strategic hire within its Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice in New York, with a specific focus on creditor rights. The firm has a well-established and growing platform in this space, with a strong flow of high-quality matters and an impressive client base spanning financial institutions, lenders, and corporate creditors.
