Duties and Responsibilities:Defend airlines, manufacturers, and insurers in complex aviation accident, product liability, and transportation litigation. Manage cases from investigation through discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial, and appeals. Provide coverage analysis and litigation support on aviation insurance and reinsurance matters. Advise clients on risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic litigation positioning.Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):JD and active bar admission (NY/NJ/DC preferred). 4–8+ years of insurance defense or complex litigation experience, ideally with aviation or transportation exposure. Strong trial, deposition, and client counseling skills.
