OleOle is a social network and messaging platform for football fans, operating an eCommerce marketplace for fan travel packages and building a WeChat‑style community. Responsibilities Lead the overall marketing strategy, focusing on content marketing, influencer partnerships, and organic growth across 20 languages with plans to expand to 80. Develop and execute SEO, SMO, and paid media campaigns on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and Facebook to generate cost‑effective traffic and user acquisition. Build a world‑class marketing team, mentor junior staff, and foster an entrepreneurial culture. Leverage existing sponsorship assets to drive millions of visitors and enhance user engagement. Collaborate with product and engineering to embed viral growth mechanisms within the network and messaging platform. Measure performance, iterate strategies, and deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. Qualifications Minimum 9 years of senior marketing experience in international startup environments. Proven track record in SEO, SMO, content marketing, video, eCommerce, mobile, and large‑scale media campaigns. Deep understanding of network platforms, viral growth tactics, and social commerce. Experience building and managing influencer marketing and community engagement programs. Strong data‑driven mindset, analytical skills, and ability to drive traffic on limited budgets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Additional Information Creative problem‑solving and willingness to tackle a wide range of challenges with emerging technologies. Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and early‑stage growth dynamics. Strong work ethic and ability to deliver results without a 9‑5 schedule.
