Environmental Health & Safety Manager (Relocation Opportunity- Job Location: Maysville, KY)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced EHS Engineer to support a manufacturing facility by driving a culture of safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across environmental, health, and safety programs.This role partners closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to maintain a safe and compliant workplace while improving overall performance and risk reduction.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all applicable OSHA, EPA, and federal, state, and local regulationsDevelop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and training initiativesLead safety committee meetings and promote a strong safety-first culturePartner with operations and engineering teams to support process safety and continuous improvement effortsConduct routine inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazardsInvestigate incidents and near-misses, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actionsMaintain and update EHS documentation, procedures, and reporting requirements Including regulatory reporting such as SARA Tier II, Title V, TRI, and related compliance documentationTrack and report key EHS metrics, compliance status, and improvement initiatives to leadershipServe as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditorsSupport initiatives to reduce workplace injuries, workers’ compensation costs, and safety-related downtimeParticipate in or lead site-level EHS projects and cross-functional initiativesTravel to additional facilities as neededQualifications3–5+ years of EHS experience within a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulationsExperience with incident investigation, audits, and compliance reportingAbility to influence and collaborate across operations, engineering, and leadership teamsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience leading or supporting safety programs and training initiativesProficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systemsEducationBachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field requiredRelocation Opportunity- Job Location: Maysville, KY
